The Group started with Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, located on Baker Street London W1, in September 2005. There aim is to provide a high standard of food and beverage that was affordable in an informal, friendly atmosphere reminiscent of the finest French bistrots.

Chris and Jeff Galvin are the only English brothers to hold Michelin stars at separate establishments and the emphasis of their food is to use the finest, seasonal ingredients to create cooking in the traditional French style, whilst still striving to maintain good value for money.

Due to the success of Galvin Bistrot de Luxe, Galvin at Windows - on the 28th floor of the Park Lane Hilton - was launched in May 2006. Offering seasonally inspired modern French haute cuisine and ala carte dining in elegant surroundings, with unparalled 360 views of London.
